We've shot 200+ weddings now. The ones that look the best aren't necessarily the biggest — they're the ones where the couple sends us six things four weeks ahead.
1. Your hex codes. Two primaries and one accent. We use these in the strip frame so the booth visually belongs to the day.
2. Your hashtag and date — we set them in your chosen font (or recommend one that pairs with your invites).
3. The venue floor plan. We need to know where the booth lives relative to the dance floor (close enough to be the action, far enough that flash doesn't hit your first dance).
4. A power outlet location. Sounds boring. Solves 80% of day-of headaches.
5. Headcount range. Determines how many print packs we bring.
6. Anything else weird — we love the weird ones. Themed nights, dress-code instructions for the booth, custom props. The strangest one we've done is a 'no smiling' rule for an art-school wedding. The strips were incredible.
